I am a solo practicing attorney specializing in contract law, corporate transactional work, and strategic structuring with a robust focus on brand building and licensing. After graduating from Emory University for my undergraduate studies, I earned my law degree from Fordham University School of Law. My professional journey began in the law firm setting handling complex litigation matters, including white-collar criminal defense and medical malpractice defense. The majority of my career, however, has been spent serving as in-house counsel for leading businesses within the apparel and fashion industries. This blend of litigation experience and extensive in-house counsel work equips me with a distinctive combination of business acumen and legal expertise, enabling me to advise my clients effectively and strategically, providing a unique approach tailored to each client's business objectives.
